Return Policy - Emely Van Impe
Return period You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other marks
How to return Send an email to info@emelyvanimpe.be with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
Sale items Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned.
We recommend you send your return using a trackable method. Until we receive your return at our shop, the items and their condition remain your responsibility. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product and packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused state. Failure to return the delivered products to us within the specified timeframe will render the purchase effective.
